Project Artifact

Project Artifact transforms complex multi-workstream initiatives into interactive living status pages published as Claude Code artifacts that teams can share and continuously update. When projects become too large for single updates, whether migrations, product launches, research efforts, or any initiative with several parallel workstreams tracked over time, this plugin generates comprehensive single-file tabbed HTML pages containing overview and success criteria, workstream sequencing, an always-visible next steps strip, plus contextual tabs for background information, project plans, risks and open questions, and frequently asked questions when those sections warrant dedicated space. The pages are published through Claude Code's built-in Artifact tool to private claude.ai URLs that can be selectively shared with teammates, providing a centralized view of project state without requiring separate documentation platforms. Each artifact is backed by per-project configuration stored locally that remembers the project's source locations and published URL, enabling refresh workflows where you simply say "refresh the artifact" in later sessions and the plugin re-gathers live state, redeploys to the same URL, and reports only what changed. For software projects whose workstreams are pull requests, the system numbers the PR sequence to clarify dependency order and pulls live PR status, CI state, and review information via the gh CLI, maintaining accurate status without manual updates.
